Even if you need replacement parts beyond the 30 day warranty, just send us an e-mail and we can probably help you out on your next order by sending you a new battery (etc) free of charge. We are confident that you will love our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied within 14 days, e-mail us and we will work to fix any issues.

In addition to our 14 day money-back policy, we offer a 30 day warranty policy on all starter kits, covering batteries and chargers. Due to the nature of liquids and cartridges we are not able to provide exchanges or warranty service on these items. Atomizers are considered a consumable item, and a 14 day warranty applies to these parts.

Replacements will be sent to you with your next order following the warranty claim via Priority or Express Mail. You must put a note in the notes section during checkout. This will allow us to process your warranty item quickly and accurately.

Purchasers should be aware that our Atomizers and Rechargable Batteries, although made to the highest quality are functional devices that may fail or degrade over a period of time, especially if in constant use. Many users of VaporNine also purchase 'spare' Atomizers and Batteries prior to completing their purchases at Checkout.

Our Rechargable batteries contain micro-electronic circuitry and micro-proccessors and users should store and handle these items with special care. We advise users not to store with metallic or magnatised objects or electronic transmitting devices, like keys and mobile phones, therefore extending their lifespan of functional use.
