I have been using the Nebula for over a year now and I still love it. I use the crisp menthol and love the taste, the vapor and the overall experience. I have been very pleased with the product and will continue to use it, however, the best part about the vapornine product is the support that comes with it. You actually get to speak to a human being and don't have to wait 7-10 business days to hear back.
I ordered a new battery and when it showed up it didn't work, which I completely understand can happen. I sent an email just inquiring about my options and without any questions, I had a new one at my doorstep a couple days later. I have had a few questions that I have asked and they have been answered within 24 hours via email, you don't find that kind of service any more and it is not unrecognized.
Your business model is fantastic and I have recommended your product, but more importantly you company, to all of my friends. Thank you so much for being an honest company, there is really no other way to say it.
